Below are the conditions under which a refund will be granted:

    • If the product you purchased is Defective/ Damaged 
  • If the product you received does not match the product you ordered in the order information. In this case, please send the product back to the seller and we will refund you.
    • For refund request, item must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging.

    • Your refund request will be accepted within 15 days after delivery date. In this case, item must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging.
    • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    To proceed with the returns & refund quickly and effectively, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged part of the item. Ideally, the items should be photographed on a flat surface, with the tag and clearly displayed error.
